Find out how to play this awesome game!
Theme
Switch Blackjack operates like a regular blackjack game, but with the “switch” twist. You’ll then feel as if you are in a real casino as a live dealer decked out in a traditional croupier’s outfit will then deal your cards from the table in real-time.
Mechanics
- BlackJack Switch is played with 8 decks of 52 cards.
- The table consists of 3 boxes intended for placing bets. Each player can play with a maximum 3 boxes (if available).
- There must be corresponding/available funds to make a bet.
- Each box consists of two positions: first and second. This includes:
- The main bets area ̶ displays the placed bet.
- Additional bets - these can only be placed if the main bets have already been placed. After dealing the initial 4 cards, the winning bonus bets will be displayed and will be moved to the player’s chip window, and in case of losing, to the dealer.
Strategy
How to place bets
- Players must select a box to place a bet ̶ each bet is placed separately.
- After placing the main bet, a player can place an additional bet.
- The round starts when all the players click on the “Deal Now” button, or when the time to place bets is up.
How the dealer deals cards
- The dealer distributes the cards to all the boxes (where the bets have been placed).
- Each player receives 2 cards to their corresponding First and Second positions.
- The dealer receives two cards: one-open face, and the second down face.
- The initial points of the hand are calculated according to the sum value of the first two cards.
During the first selection (First position)
- All the players can make the following selections for the first position:
- Switch Cards – the second cards of the first and second positions are switched.
- Hit – the player asks for one or several more cards (if they choose).
- Stand – If you do nothing until the given time is up, it is considered a “Stand”.
- Double - Double your initial bet instead of one additional card. After doubling, you have to stand, and it’s the other player or dealer’s turn.
- Split – If your cards are even or have a cumulative value of 20, you can double your bet and split the cards into two separate hands. The dealer can add the second card to each of the cards. You’ll then place “Hit”, “Stand” or “Doubling” moves. However, during the distribution of the Aces, each player
- will receive only one card. If you receive a 10 and an Ace, after the distribution it will be considered 21, but not a Blackjack.
- If you Switch Cards, the button is deactivated after selecting. Hit, Stand remain active, and Split and Double can deactivate or remain active depending on the Participant’s balance and cards.
- If you don’t select Switch Cards, you can choose to Hit, Stand, Split, Double, again taking into consideration the balance and the cards.
During the second selection (Second position)
- After choosing the First position, you’re given time to make a choice for the Second position.
- Here, the Switch Cards option is no longer active. You can select Hit, Stand, Split, Double, and Additional bets.
- “Bet Behind”- here, you essentially bet on another player’s hand but don’t participate in their decision. If they win any given round, you automatically win as well. This feature is only available if at least 2 players are at the Blackjack Switch table.
- Your bet is immediately returned if the other player at the table finishes the game ( rejects all the bets or leaves the table).
Insurance
If the dealer’s card is an Ace, you can choose to insure the bet. Alternatively, use the settings to double or split your bet. If you activate those features in advance, the “Double” or the “Split” will automatically be used.
Super Match
Here, depending on the combination of your initial 4 cards, the additional bet is reviewed and calculated (the first two cards of the First and Second positions). The possible combinations are as follows:
- One Pair
- Two Pair
- Three of a Kind
- Four of a kind
Perfect 4
This additional bet is reviewed and calculated depending on the type of combination the first 4 cards will make. Here the possible combinations are as follows:
- Perfect 4 – the opened cards are of the same suit and rank (value).
- Colored 4 – the opened cards are of the same rank and color (red or black).
- Mixed 4 – the cards are of different suits but have the same rank.
